Inventronics Appoints New Board Member

 

 

Calgary, Alberta – January 19, 2006 – Inventronics Limited (IVT:TSX), a designer and manufacturer of custom enclosures for the communications, electronics and other industries in North America, today announced the appointment of Mr. M. Eric Turcotte to its board of directors.

 

Mr. Turcotte is a Chartered Accountant and the president of Ventura Management Inc., a Vancouver firm that has been providing merchant banking, strategic management and other advisory services since 1978. Industries in which Ventura Management is experienced include manufacturing, high tech and natural resources.

 

Mr. Turcotte has served as the director of several public and private firms. He has an MBA from Queen’s University, and a B.A. in Economics from Royal Military College.

 

Inventronics’ other board members are Mercantile Bancorp Limited president Donald R. Steele, Bellingham Marine Industries director Mitchell J. Taylor, retired Parallel Strategies executive Alan Wiggan, and Inventronics president Dan J. Stearne.
