custom metal enclosures and manufactures
custom metal enclosures for the high-quality demands of
the cable television industry. We are capable of building-to-plan a wide
array of cable TV enclosures for use in harsh outdoor environments by our
growing list of CATV customers.
Although Inventronics' enclosures typically range in size from roughly a
microwave oven to a large refrigerator, we can build to suit any CATV
customer's dimension requirements.
Our enclosures are available in galvanized steel, aluminium, cold-rolled
steel and stainless steel. Although most of our production is in 10-,
12- or 14-gauge steel, we are very capable of working with either
thinner or thicker material. We also offer a new line of
enclosure pedestals
in 14-gauge galvanized steel that are ideal for cable television applications.
For assembly, we enable our CATV customers
to choose between welded (TIG, MIG or resistant spot) and mechanical
fasteners including rivets, bolts, etc.
We incorporate standard or customized enclosure hardware, and provide
cable stubbing, custom wiring, component integration, silk screening
and labelling services.
